Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead and manage complex project workstreams from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for government clients.

- Manage organizational change management (OCM) activities, including stakeholder analysis, strategic communications, and the development of training programs to support new initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels of government.
