Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and internal databases.
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through a strategic, multi-channel approach that includes cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and targeted social media outreach.
  • Articulate the company's unique value proposition in a clear, compelling, and confident manner to prospective clients, aligning our solutions with their specific business needs and pain points.
  • Qualify and score inbound leads generated from marketing initiatives, website inquiries, and industry events to determine their viability as genuine sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations for senior Account Executives, ensuring a seamless and professional handover.
  • Meticulously maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with all sales activities, lead information, and detailed communication notes.
  • Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of our product suite, target market, competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide critical feedback on lead quality and contribute to the refinement and optimization of lead generation campaigns.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for key performance indicators (KPIs), including qualified appointments set, pipeline generated, and outreach activities.
  • Nurture early-stage leads over time by providing relevant content, maintaining consistent communication, and building rapport until they are sales-ready.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on prospecting activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the sales management team, providing clear insights into your progress.
  • Assist the senior sales team in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, contracts, and other essential collateral required throughout the sales cycle.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects, tasked with creating a positive, professional, and memorable first impression of our company.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, intensive sales training sessions, and professional development workshops to continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact and lead nurturing to assisting with negotiation and closing stages as required.
  • Gather crucial market intelligence and direct customer feedback to help inform future product development, go-to-market strategies, and sales tactics.
  • Shadow senior sales team members on client calls and in meetings to gain practical experience and firsthand insights into advanced sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
