Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Operate and control automated grain processing equipment, including conveyors, elevators, dryers, and cleaners, through a central control panel.
- Receive, inspect, and weigh incoming grain deliveries from trucks and railcars, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with drivers.
- Conduct thorough quality testing on grain samples to determine moisture, test weight, foreign material, and damage, grading the commodity according to USDA and company standards.
