Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute visually compelling graphics and layouts for a variety of digital and print marketing campaigns, including social media assets, email newsletters, web banners, and digital advertisements.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent and engaging visual brand identity across all company materials, ensuring all creative aligns with established brand guidelines.
  • Create original illustrations, icons, logos, and other custom graphic elements to support product launches, promotional activities, and corporate communications.
  • Design and format multi-page documents and marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, white papers, presentations, and event materials.
  • Translate complex ideas and data into clear, effective, and beautiful infographics and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns from initial idea to final execution.
  • Manage the entire design process for multiple projects simultaneously, from interpreting the initial brief to delivering final, press-ready or web-optimized files.
  • Prepare, package, and pre-flight final design files for both print and digital production, ensuring they meet all technical specifications.
  • Perform photo editing, color correction, and image manipulation to ensure high-quality visual standards for all photographic assets.
  • Design engaging visual elements for our company website, landing pages, and other web properties in collaboration with the web development team.
  • Create visually appealing templates for presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and internal documents to ensure brand consistency across the organization.
  • Develop storyboards and concepts for motion graphics and short-form videos to be used on social media and other digital platforms.
  • Review and amend final designs based on constructive feedback from stakeholders to ensure the work meets project objectives.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, industry developments, and software tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including logos, photos, and design templates, for easy access and use by the broader team.
  • Design physical assets including trade show booth graphics, signage, and promotional merchandise.

Secondary Functions

  • Support the social media team by providing a steady stream of on-brand, platform-specific visual content.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall marketing strategy and campaign planning.
  • Assist in art directing photo and video shoots to ensure the visual output aligns with brand and campaign goals.
  • Mentor junior designers or interns, providing guidance and constructive feedback on their work.
  • Liaise with external vendors, such as printers and agencies, to ensure quality control and timely delivery of materials.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, color theory, layout composition, and branding.
  • Solid understanding of print production processes and the ability to prepare press-ready files.
  • Knowledge of digital design principles and best practices for web, email, and social media formats.
  • Experience with photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with presentation design in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) and/or video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) is a significant plus.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile design.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience demonstrated by a strong portfolio.

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.

Experience Requirements
