Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Asset Creation & Adaptation: Create and adapt a wide variety of digital assets for multiple platforms, including social media graphics, email campaign visuals, website banners, and online advertisements, ensuring each piece is optimized for its intended channel.
- Image Preparation: Perform detailed image preparation tasks, including professional-level photo retouching, color correction, cropping, and resizing to meet brand standards and project specifications.
- Presentation Development: Design, format, and polish presentation decks (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) to ensure they are visually compelling, on-brand, and effectively communicate key messages for internal and external audiences.
- Print Production Support: Assist in the creation of print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, event signage, and packaging, meticulously preparing files for production by liaising with print vendors and checking proofs.
- Brand Guideline Adherence: Act as a brand steward by diligently applying established brand guidelines—including logos, typography, and color palettes—consistently across all creative outputs to maintain brand integrity.
- Design Revisions & Iteration: Execute precise revisions and edits to existing design files based on constructive feedback from senior designers, project managers, and other stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Digital Asset Management: Maintain and meticulously organize the team's digital asset library, ensuring all creative files are correctly named, tagged, and archived for efficient retrieval and version control.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging and effective visuals that directly support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Conceptual & Research Support: Assist senior designers during the conceptual phase by conducting visual research, gathering inspiration, and creating mood boards to help establish and guide the creative direction for new projects.
- Basic Video & Motion Support: Provide assistance in the production of simple video content, which may include basic editing, creating text overlays and lower thirds, sourcing appropriate music, and preparing files for various platforms.
