Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Collaborate closely with Senior Graphic Consultants to interpret client briefs and translate their strategic vision into compelling visual concepts and design mockups.
- Develop and execute a wide array of digital and print marketing collateral, including social media graphics, email campaign templates, website banners, brochures, and sales decks.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of brand identity systems, including logo design, typography selection, color palettes, and comprehensive brand style guides.
- Prepare and format client-facing presentations and reports, ensuring all visual elements are polished, on-brand, and effectively communicate the proposed design strategy.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform image sourcing, photo retouching, and color correction to ensure all visual assets meet high-quality standards.
- Create production-ready files for both print and digital mediums, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical specifications like bleed, resolution, and file formats.
- Incorporate feedback from consultants and clients with a positive attitude, making revisions to designs efficiently and accurately.
- Support the design and layout of long-form content such as whitepapers, case studies, and annual reports.
- Design engaging visuals and templates for internal communications, helping to maintain a cohesive brand presence within the organization.
- Maintain and organize the digital asset management (DAM) system, including logos, stock photography, brand guidelines, and final design files for easy team access.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Conduct visual research and create mood boards to support the initial phases of a creative project and establish a design direction.
- Ensure brand consistency across all created materials, meticulously checking for adherence to established brand guidelines.
- Prepare files and mockups for client review meetings and assist in taking detailed notes on feedback and required changes.
Secondary Functions
- Assist in coordinating with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to gather quotes and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support the creative team with administrative tasks related to project management, such as tracking hours, updating project status, and archiving completed work.
