Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Perform detailed photo retouching, color correction, masking, and image manipulation to enhance visual appeal and prepare images for various media.
- Resize, crop, and reformat a high volume of visual assets for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print, ensuring optimal quality and dimensions.
- Prepare, package, and pre-flight final design files for print production, ensuring all specifications, including bleed, resolution, and color profiles (CMYK/RGB), are met.
- Execute precise and timely revisions to design projects based on feedback from art directors, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Create and adapt marketing collateral such as digital ads, social media graphics, and email headers by applying existing brand guidelines and templates.
- Assist in the layout and typesetting for multi-page documents like brochures, reports, and presentations, ensuring typographic consistency and readability.
- Develop mockups and visual prototypes to help stakeholders visualize final products, whether for digital interfaces or physical marketing materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand identity standards across all creative outputs, checking for correct logo usage, typography, color palette, and overall tone.
- Manage and maintain a systematic and searchable digital asset library, including version control for logos, photos, and design templates.
- Convert design files into a wide range of required formats (e.g., PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG) to meet the technical needs of different channels.
- Support the creation of simple icons, infographics, and other graphic elements under the guidance of senior creative staff.
- Review all final designs for accuracy, checking for typos, alignment issues, and other errors before they are sent for printing or digital publication.
- Assist in creating and updating presentation decks (PowerPoint, Google Slides) to ensure they are visually engaging and brand-compliant.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on vendor proofs for printed materials to guarantee color accuracy and production quality.
- Support the design of internal communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, and training documents.
Secondary Functions
