Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all graphic design projects, from initial intake and briefing through creative development, review cycles, and final asset delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between the creative team and internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product), ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and smooth project flow.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, developing contingency plans to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Translate strategic marketing or business objectives into clear, concise, and inspiring creative briefs that provide designers with all necessary context and direction.
- Oversee the production of a wide variety of visual assets, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, website visuals, print collateral, and presentation decks.
- Champion and enforce brand consistency across all visual materials, serving as a key guardian of the company's visual identity.
- Manage and organize the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring all final creative assets are properly tagged, archived, and readily accessible for stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute regular status reports to leadership and project teams, providing clear visibility into project progress, team bandwidth, and potential challenges.
- Manage the feedback and revision process, ensuring that all stakeholder input is efficiently gathered, prioritized, and communicated to the creative team to minimize churn.
- Anticipate resource needs and collaborate with creative leadership to plan for future projects and staffing requirements.

- Source, onboard, and manage relationships with external creative resources, including freelance designers, illustrators, photographers, and production agencies.
