Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce a high volume of creative visual content for various marketing channels, including social media graphics, email campaign templates, web banners, and digital advertisements.
  • Develop and execute compelling design solutions for print materials such as brochures, datasheets, event signage, trade show booths, and corporate reports, managing the process from concept to final print-ready files.
  • Serve as a key custodian of the brand's visual identity, ensuring all creative output strictly adheres to brand guidelines regarding logo usage, color palettes, typography, and overall aesthetic.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project briefs, interpret their needs, and translate strategic requirements into engaging and effective design concepts.
  • Create visually engaging presentations, slide decks, and infographics that distill complex information into clear, easy-to-understand graphics for both internal and external audiences.
  • Design and mock up user interface elements for websites and applications, including icons, buttons, and layouts, to enhance user experience and visual appeal.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial brainstorming and mood board creation to final delivery, while meticulously managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Retouch, color-correct, and manipulate photography and other imagery to ensure high-quality and consistent visuals across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a well-organized digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring all source files, photos, and final assets are properly archived, versioned, and easily accessible.
  • Stay at the forefront of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, proactively bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the creative team.
  • Design and produce simple motion graphics and short-form video content for use on social media, websites, and in digital advertising to increase engagement.
  • Prepare, package, and preflight final files for both print and digital production, liaising with external vendors like printers and agencies to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
  • Adapt and resize existing creative concepts for a multitude of platforms and specifications, maintaining visual integrity and brand consistency across all variations.
  • Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Secondary Functions

  • Provide design support for internal communications, including company newsletters, HR materials, and internal event branding.
  • Assist in the art direction of photoshoots or video productions to ensure the visual output aligns with project goals and brand standards.
  • Create and manage a library of design templates for frequently requested assets (e.g., social media posts, presentation decks) to streamline workflows and empower other teams.
  • Conduct visual and market research to inform design direction and ensure creative work is relevant, competitive, and impactful.

  • Digital & Print Production: Deep knowledge of file formats, color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), and pre-press/print production processes.
  • Typography & Layout: A strong eye for composition, hierarchy, and the principles of good typography.
  • Presentation Design: Skilled in creating visually stunning and effective presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
