Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Assist the senior design team in the conceptualization and execution of compelling visual assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, and web banners.
- Collaborate with marketing and content creators to ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate project objectives.
- Prepare, format, and package final design files for both digital and print production, ensuring all technical specifications and quality standards are meticulously met.
- Create and adapt existing design assets for various formats and platforms, including resizing for social media, web, and international markets while maintaining design integrity.
- Support the design and layout of long-form content such as e-books, whitepapers, case studies, and corporate reports, ensuring readability and visual appeal.
- Perform essential image editing tasks including photo retouching, color correction, and composition to enhance the quality of our photographic assets.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all presentation materials, including sales decks, internal communications, and webinar slides.
- Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and visual research to help shape the direction of new projects.
- Manage and organize our digital asset library, ensuring that logos, photos, templates, and completed projects are correctly tagged and archived for easy team access.
- Design vector illustrations, icons, and infographics that simplify complex information and enhance our brand's visual storytelling.
- Create simple motion graphics and animations for use in social media stories, digital ads, and website content to increase engagement.
- Develop physical and digital mockups to effectively visualize design concepts for stakeholder presentations and internal review cycles.
Secondary Functions
- Support the web design team by creating and optimizing graphics for the company website, focusing on fast load times, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Assist in the production of video content, which may include basic video editing, creating lower thirds, adding graphic overlays, and designing compelling thumbnails.
- Liaise with external vendors, such as printers and merchandise suppliers, to coordinate production and ensure the final product meets quality expectations.
- Conduct ongoing research on design industry trends, competitor branding strategies, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Participate in design critiques, providing thoughtful feedback and effectively incorporating constructive criticism from senior team members to refine your own work.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
