Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Design and choreograph dynamic, safe, and effective group fitness classes that align with the brand's standards and cater to a wide range of fitness levels and abilities.
  • Lead scheduled classes with enthusiasm and high energy, ensuring a consistent and exceptional member experience from the warm-up to the cool-down.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate proper exercise form and technique, providing verbal and visual cues to guide participants accurately.
  • Offer and explain exercise modifications, progressions, and regressions to ensure the workout is accessible and challenging for both beginners and advanced participants.
  • Curate and prepare energizing, genre-appropriate music playlists that match the intensity and flow of the class format to enhance the member experience.
