Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive, data-driven growth strategies that span the entire customer lifecycle, from initial awareness and acquisition through to activation, retention, and long-term monetization.
  • Lead a high-tempo experimentation program, meticulously designing and executing A/B/n tests and multivariate experiments across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and in-product flows to drive incremental gains in conversion rates.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of marketing funnels and user behavior data to identify key drop-off points, friction areas, and the most significant opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management and optimization of paid acquisition channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social media, display advertising, and programmatic campaigns, to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop and scale organic growth channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and backlink strategies, by identifying high-intent keywords and creating valuable, discoverable content.
  • Instrument, manage, and analyze the full marketing technology stack, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across all campaigns and user touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to champion and implement product-led growth (PLG) initiatives, such as improving user onboarding, implementing viral loops, and creating referral programs.
  • Create and manage sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs using email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to improve user engagement, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Construct detailed financial models and forecasts to project the impact of growth initiatives on key business metrics like revenue, user growth, and profitability.

  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across all digital properties by leveraging user research, heatmaps, session recordings, and heuristic analysis.

  • Experimentation & A/B Testing: Expertise with A/B testing and personalization tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize, including a strong understanding of statistical significance.
