Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Assist in the end-to-end management of growth experiments, including hypothesis formulation, experiment design, implementation, and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of the entire marketing and sales funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to customer conversion and retention, identifying key drop-off points and opportunities for optimization.

- Utilize SQL to query large datasets from our data warehouse to perform cohort analysis, calculate customer lifetime value (LTV), and uncover actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Support the planning and execution of A/B and multivariate tests on websites, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams by performing keyword research, competitive analysis, and backlink analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Analyze user behavior data to create detailed customer segmentation, enabling more personalized and effective marketing and product communication strategies.
- Monitor and report on competitor marketing strategies, product changes, and pricing to ensure our competitive positioning remains strong.
- Translate qualitative customer feedback and quantitative data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Own the reporting and analysis for lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email nurture sequences, push notifications, and in-app messaging, to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Assist in budget allocation and forecasting for marketing channels based on performance data and growth targets.
Secondary Functions
- Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory data analysis from various business stakeholders to answer pressing strategic questions.
- Contribute to the organization's data strategy by helping to define tracking requirements and ensuring data integrity across all marketing platforms and systems.
