Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies across various channels, including paid social, SEM, SEO, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of digital advertising campaigns, including setup, monitoring, budget pacing, and performance optimization under the guidance of the Growth Manager.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for organic and paid growth.
  • Own the content distribution process, ensuring our blog posts, case studies, and other assets are promoted effectively across social media, newsletters, and partner networks.
  • Create and manage A/B tests for landing pages, ad copy, email subject lines, and calls-to-action to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Pull, clean, and organize performance data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms) to prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide initial analysis and insights on campaign performance, highlighting key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) for email campaign deployment, lead nurturing sequence setup, and list segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and request new creative assets (graphics, videos, copy) needed for upcoming campaigns.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities on platforms like Reddit, Quora, and industry forums to build brand presence and drive referral traffic.
  • Support the implementation of SEO strategies by performing on-page optimizations, updating meta descriptions, and assisting with link-building outreach.
  • Maintain and update the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of upcoming activities and deadlines.
  • Research and vet new marketing technologies, tools, and potential channel partners that could accelerate our growth.
  • Coordinate the logistics for webinars and online events, including promotion, registration setup, and post-event follow-up.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external marketing agencies or freelancers, ensuring deliverables are on track and meet our quality standards.

Secondary Functions

  • Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory data analysis to answer specific business questions from leadership.
  • Contribute to the organization's data strategy and roadmap by providing user-level feedback on data tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business units like Sales and Product to translate their needs into marketing support and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies within the marketing team, helping to prioritize tasks and estimate effort.
  • Document marketing processes, experiments, and results in a central knowledge base (e.g., Confluence, Notion) to ensure learnings are shared across the team.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for team meetings, stakeholder updates, and company-wide-all hands.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in growth marketing to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in using Google Analytics, and strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups) for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Digital Advertising Platforms: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • SEO Tools: Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms for keyword research and site analysis.
  • Marketing Automation/CRM: Experience with at least one major platform like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce.
  • A/B Testing: Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and familiarity with tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.
