Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Assist in the end-to-end management of paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize for conversion, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct thorough A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and user funnels to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, new channels, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ideate and request compelling creative assets tailored for different channels and audience segments.
  • Support the implementation and refinement of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink outreach initiatives.
  • Help manage and segment email marketing lists, and assist in the setup and execution of automated email nurtures and drip campaigns.
  • Analyze user behavior data using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel to identify friction points in the conversion funnel and propose data-backed solutions.
  • Maintain and update performance marketing dashboards and prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports for key stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking ad spend, processing invoices, and ensuring alignment with financial forecasts.
  • Brainstorm and document new growth experiments and hypotheses for the team's testing roadmap and backlog.
  • Manage community engagement across social media platforms to foster brand advocacy and gather qualitative user feedback.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new product features or launches by coordinating promotional activities and announcements.

Secondary Functions

  • Pull and consolidate data from various marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, ad networks, analytics tools) for ad-hoc analysis requests.
  • Assist in the technical setup and verification of marketing analytics tools, tracking pixels, and conversion events.
  • Conduct user surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions to gather qualitative insights that inform marketing messaging and strategy.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and influencers for collaborative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation for marketing processes, campaign setups, and best practices to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Support the content team by proofreading blog posts, social media updates, and email copy to ensure brand voice consistency and accuracy.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics (GA4), with an ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and charting.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or email marketing platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
  • Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and familiarity with testing tools like Google Optimize or Optimizely is a plus.
