Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, new user acquisition channels, and strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in the end-to-end management of A/B and multivariate testing initiatives, from hypothesis generation and test design to implementation oversight and post-test analysis.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of various growth marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the management of paid acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) by assisting with campaign setup, budget tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Pull, clean, and synthesize data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, internal databases) to create comprehensive dashboards and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the content team to identify content gaps and opportunities for SEO-driven growth, assisting with keyword research and performance tracking.
  • Help manage and optimize the user lifecycle and funnel, from awareness and acquisition through to activation, retention, and referral.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation workflows, and performance measurement.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of the company's growth playbook, detailing successful experiments and processes.
  • Analyze user behavior and journey maps to identify friction points and opportunities for improving the user experience and conversion rates.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting performance reports, findings, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and the wider team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth projects.
  • Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques, industry best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • Help manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables for various growth initiatives using project management software.
  • Support the technical implementation of marketing and analytics tools, including tracking pixels, event tagging, and API integrations.
  • Conduct user surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions to gather qualitative insights that complement quantitative data.
  • Analyze customer data to identify key segments and cohorts, providing insights to personalize marketing efforts and improve retention.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Looker to create insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM/PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and website optimization platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
