Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct comprehensive on-site and remote business evaluations of gym operations, including financial performance, sales processes, marketing effectiveness, and staffing models.

- Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, building strong, lasting relationships and serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related support.
- Guide new fitness club owners through the entire pre-opening process, including site selection analysis, pre-sale strategy, staff recruitment, and grand opening execution.
- Ensure consistent brand standard compliance and operational excellence across all client locations through regular audits and performance reviews.
- Introduce and support the rollout of new technologies, systems (like CRM and billing software), and ancillary revenue streams to enhance club efficiency and profitability.
