Primary Functions

  • Conduct in-depth, private, and compassionate consultations to understand each client's unique needs, lifestyle, and desired aesthetic.

  • Guide clients through the selection process, providing expert advice on fiber types (human hair, synthetic, heat-friendly), cap construction, color, and style.
  • Perform custom cutting and razoring on wigs and hairpieces to create natural-looking, flattering styles that are tailored to the client's facial features and preferences.
  • Execute advanced color services on human hair wigs, including root smudging, balayage, highlighting, and custom color matching to the client's natural hair or a desired shade.
  • Expertly fit and secure wigs, toppers, and hair systems, ensuring they are stable and seamlessly blended for an undetectable appearance.
  • Provide comprehensive, hands-on education to clients on how to properly apply, remove, wash, style, and store their hairpiece to maximize its longevity and appearance.
  • Deliver specialized maintenance services, such as deep conditioning treatments, de-frizzing, color refreshing, and professional restyling of previously worn pieces.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and becoming their go-to expert for all alternative hair needs.
  • Work with a high degree of sensitivity and discretion, particularly when serving clients undergoing medical treatments, ensuring a safe, private, and supportive environment.
  • Accurately document client specifications, services performed, products purchased, and custom orders in the client management system.
