Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Assist senior stylists with all aspects of the hair styling process, including precise sectioning of hair, applying color and treatments, and preparing clients for services.
Perform professional and relaxing shampoo, conditioning, and scalp massage services, customizing product selection based on client hair type and specific needs.
Master blow-drying and basic finishing techniques using a variety of tools and methods to prepare clients for final styling by the senior stylist.
Accurately mix hair color formulas, toners, and lighteners as directed by senior stylists, ensuring precise measurements and consistency for predictable results.

Provide basic hair treatments, such as deep conditioning masks, protein treatments, and glosses, under the supervision of a licensed stylist.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
