Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Assist senior stylists with all aspects of the hair styling process, including precise sectioning of hair, applying color and treatments, and preparing clients for services.
- Perform professional and relaxing shampoo, conditioning, and scalp massage services, customizing product selection based on client hair type and specific needs.
- Master blow-drying and basic finishing techniques using a variety of tools and methods to prepare clients for final styling by the senior stylist.
- Accurately mix hair color formulas, toners, and lighteners as directed by senior stylists, ensuring precise measurements and consistency for predictable results.
- Maintain a comprehensive and current knowledge of the salon's service menu and product lines to effectively answer client questions and provide educated recommendations.
- Prepare and organize the stylist's station before each appointment, ensuring all tools, products, and equipment are sanitized, stocked, and readily available.
- Provide basic hair treatments, such as deep conditioning masks, protein treatments, and glosses, under the supervision of a licensed stylist.
- Actively observe and learn advanced cutting, coloring, and styling techniques from senior team members to continuously develop personal skill sets and industry knowledge.
- Manage time effectively to support multiple stylists simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of service or the client experience.

Secondary Functions
