Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Provide sophisticated and proactive calendar management for multiple C-suite executives, requiring seamless coordination of complex meetings, appointments, and events across different time zones.
- Arrange and manage all aspects of complex international and domestic travel, including itinerary planning, flight and accommodation booking, visa arrangements, and ground transportation.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for the executive office, skillfully screening and triaging incoming communications, inquiries, and requests.
