Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and meticulously execute a strategic territory business plan to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.

- Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing with healthcare facilities, navigating Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) agreements.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and customer activity log using the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the assigned territory to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

- Attend and represent the company at national and regional trade shows, conferences, and medical society meetings to network and promote our solutions.
