Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions

- Cultivate and nurture long-term, trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic health matters.
- Translate cutting-edge public health research and epidemiological findings into practical business strategies and policy recommendations for diverse organizations.
- Develop and refine population health management (PHM) frameworks aimed at addressing social determinants of health and reducing health inequities.
- Assess organizational health benefit plan designs, recommending data-backed strategies for cost containment while enhancing employee value and well-being.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical best practices, care delivery models, and value-based care arrangements.
