Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Perform comprehensive scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various helicopter models in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer's maintenance manuals.

- Read, interpret, and precisely apply technical data from blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins to perform all assigned maintenance tasks.
- Maintain, repair, and modify aircraft structures, including sheet metal, composite, and fiberglass components, ensuring the structural integrity of the airframe.
- Accurately complete all necessary maintenance logbook entries and work order documentation in a timely and meticulous manner to ensure a complete and compliant aircraft history.
- Operate and maintain all ground support equipment, including tugs, jacks, and specialized tooling, ensuring they are in safe, working condition.
- Execute Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and manufacturer's Service Bulletins (SBs), ensuring mandatory compliance is documented and completed within the specified timeframe.
- Troubleshoot and rectify persistent issues within aircraft hydraulic, pneumatic, and environmental control systems.
- Assist in the diagnostics and repair of basic avionics and electrical system discrepancies.
- Perform rigorous pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is prepared for its next mission and to identify any issues that may have arisen during flight.
- Launch and recover aircraft, assisting flight crews with pre-flight preparations and post-flight securing of the helicopter.
