Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, manage, and meticulously coordinate comprehensive in-home care or residential schedules for a diverse client base, ensuring seamless service delivery and alignment with individual care plans.

  • Maintain impeccable, confidential, and up-to-date client and staff records, including intake documentation, care plans, progress notes, and billing information, in strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards like HIPAA.
