- Facilitate a seamless and detailed hand-off of signed projects to the production and project management teams, providing a comprehensive brief and all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth start to the construction phase.
- Take precise measurements and detailed photographs of the project area during in-home visits to ensure absolute accuracy in design, material ordering, and installation planning, minimizing errors down the line.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales and design phase, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise to maintain project momentum and client confidence.
- Collaborate with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing design concepts, assisting with the selection of materials, finishes, colors, and fixtures that align with their budget and style.
