Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Manage and maintain the family's intricate and ever-changing calendars, coordinating appointments, reservations, and social engagements to prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for the household, professionally fielding calls, managing correspondence, and liaising with all external parties.
