Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Execute a variety of cleaning tasks with precision, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and steam-cleaning floors across different surfaces like hardwood, tile, and carpet.
- Perform comprehensive, top-to-bottom dusting of all furniture, shelves, light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, and baseboards to ensure a dust-free environment.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, backsplashes, and the exterior of all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove).
- Detail-clean and disinfect all bathroom surfaces, including toilets, sinks, vanities, showers, bathtubs, and mirrors, ensuring a hygienic space.
- Wipe down and disinfect all high-touch surfaces throughout the home, such as light switches, doorknobs, handrails, and remote controls.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles from all rooms, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated outdoor containers.
- Wash interior windows, window sills, and tracks to provide a clear, streak-free view.
- Make beds with fresh linens, ensuring a neat and hotel-quality presentation as specified by the client.
- Manage laundry duties as requested, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes and linens.
- Conduct deep-cleaning tasks on a rotational or as-needed basis, such as cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, and kitchen cabinets.
- Follow customized cleaning checklists for each client's home to guarantee all specific requirements and preferences are consistently met.
- Identify and pre-treat stains on carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Organize and tidy rooms, decluttering surfaces and arranging items neatly to enhance the overall appearance of the space.
- Maintain and care for all cleaning equipment, including vacuums and mops, ensuring they are clean and in proper working order.
- Adhere strictly to all company health and safety protocols, including the correct handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients to confirm appointments, understand their specific needs, and provide status updates.
- Travel efficiently and safely between multiple client locations throughout the workday using a reliable mode of transportation.
- Report any observed property damage, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the supervisor or client in a timely manner.
- Secure the client's home upon completion of the service, verifying that all windows are closed and doors are locked.
- Track and document hours worked and tasks completed for each job, ensuring accurate records for billing and payroll.
- Handle special cleaning projects such as move-in/move-out cleans, post-construction cleanup, or event preparation with exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to perform deep-cleaning techniques for specific areas like kitchens (ovens, refrigerators) and bathrooms (grout, hard water stains).
- Strong understanding of sanitation and disinfection standards to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a hygienic environment.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and reaching.
