Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Execute comprehensive, top-to-bottom interior cleaning of all living areas, including detailed vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of floors, carpets, and upholstery to impeccable standards.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize galleys (kitchens), including all countertops, sinks, fixtures, and appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, and microwaves, ensuring they are spotless and ready for use.
Detail and disinfect heads (bathrooms), meticulously cleaning toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and all hardware, leaving them pristine and hygienically safe.
Expertly make all beds with fresh, clean linens to a hotel-quality presentation standard, managing the complete turnover of all used towels and bedding.
Wash all interior and exterior windows, portholes, and glass doors to achieve a streak-free finish, maximizing natural light and views.
Meticulously wash, scrub, and rinse all exterior surfaces, including decks, non-skid surfaces, railings, and ladders to remove salt, dirt, and bird droppings.
Conduct post-charter or post-use inspections to identify, photograph, and report any damage, lost items, or maintenance needs to the property manager.
Systematically restock the vessel with all essential guest supplies, such as toiletries, paper products, coffee, and welcome amenities, according to a pre-defined checklist.
Organize all cabins, closets, and common areas, ensuring every item is in its designated place to create a tidy, uncluttered, and welcoming environment.
