Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Execute comprehensive and detailed cleaning routines across all areas of the residence, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Manage the entire laundry cycle for the household, which involves sorting, washing, drying, expert ironing, folding, and correctly storing clothing, linens, and delicate fabrics.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious and appealing daily meals for the family, accommodating dietary restrictions, preferences, and special requests as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning countertops and appliances, and ensuring food is stored safely and properly.
  • Develop and manage grocery shopping lists, purchase high-quality food and household supplies, and run various errands such as post office visits, dry cleaning drop-offs/pick-ups, and prescription collections.
  • Implement and maintain organizational systems for closets, pantries, cabinets, and storage areas, ensuring items are easy to find and spaces remain clutter-free.
  • Provide attentive and responsible basic pet care, including feeding, walking, cleaning litter boxes, and coordinating veterinary or grooming appointments.
  • Offer supplemental support for childcare, which may include supervising children during playtime, assisting with meal times, and helping to maintain their daily routines under parental guidance.
  • Manage household waste by sorting trash, compost, and recycling and ensuring bins are regularly cleaned and placed for collection as scheduled.
  • Perform light maintenance of outdoor living spaces, such as sweeping patios, wiping down outdoor furniture, and ensuring entryways are clean and welcoming.
  • Oversee and manage all incoming mail and packages, sorting and distributing them appropriately and handling outgoing shipments as required.
  • Monitor inventory levels of all household cleaning products, toiletries, and pantry staples, and proactively replenish items before they run out.
