Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning of all living areas, including dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping hard floors, and removing cobwebs from ceilings and corners.
  • Thoroughly sanitize kitchen spaces by cleaning countertops, sinks, and backsplashes, wiping down the exterior of all appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher), and cleaning the interior and exterior of the microwave.
  • Meticulously clean and disinfect all bathroom surfaces, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and vanities, ensuring fixtures are polished and mirrors are streak-free.
  • Manage bedroom upkeep by dusting all surfaces, making beds with fresh linens (if requested by the client), and ensuring a neat and orderly appearance.
  • Empty and sanitize all interior trash receptacles and transport waste to the designated outdoor disposal area.
  • Wash interior windows, sills, and tracks to ensure they are clean and free of smudges and dirt.
  • Dust and wipe down all accessible surfaces, including baseboards, window ledges, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and decorative items.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks on a rotational or as-needed basis, such as cleaning inside ovens and refrigerators, washing blinds, and scrubbing grout.
  • Adhere to specific client requests and cleaning plans, paying close attention to notes regarding allergies, pets, or areas requiring special focus.
  • Safely and effectively use a variety of cleaning solutions, chemicals, and equipment, demonstrating knowledge of which products are suitable for different surfaces like hardwood, granite, and stainless steel.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order before and after each job.
  • Report any observed maintenance issues, such as leaking faucets, broken items, or potential safety hazards, to the client or supervisor.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemical agents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating professionally with clients to confirm appointments, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with the completed work.
  • Manage time and workflow efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled appointment window without compromising quality.
