Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct comprehensive and complex quantitative and qualitative analysis of human services programs (e.g., TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, Child Welfare) to assess performance, identify trends, and evaluate outcomes.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports using business intelligence tools (like Tableau or Power BI) for program staff, management, and external stakeholders.
