Primary Functions
- Meticulously oversee and execute daily crop production tasks, including precision seeding, transplanting, irrigation, and harvesting of leafy greens, herbs, and other crops according to detailed schedules.

- Conduct diligent and systematic data collection on key performance indicators, including crop yields, growth cycle times, germination rates, and environmental parameters, to inform operational improvements.
- Maintain rigorous and immaculate records for all farm activities, encompassing seeding and harvest dates, nutrient formula changes, pest control applications, and yield data to ensure full traceability and support food safety audits.
- Champion and enforce all food safety protocols, such as Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and HACCP, maintaining a clean and sanitary growing environment to guarantee the highest product quality.
- Perform routine calibration, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on all hydroponic system components, including pumps, sensors, dosing systems, irrigation lines, and filtration units to minimize downtime.
- Develop, document, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all cultivation and post-harvest activities to ensure consistency, safety, and operational efficiency across the team.
- Manage the inventory of all critical farm supplies, such as seeds, growing media, nutrients, and packaging materials, and coordinate with procurement to forecast needs and place orders in a timely manner.
- Train, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to junior growers and farm technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous learning.
