Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Workflow Orchestration: Act as the primary coordinator for the daily workflow of all diagnostic imaging studies, ensuring efficient scheduling, timely processing, and accurate distribution to radiologists for interpretation.
PACS/RIS Administration: Serve as the first line of support and subject matter expert for the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS), troubleshooting user and system issues to minimize downtime.
