Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design and implement comprehensive ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and sustainability strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment with their core business objectives and long-term value creation.
- Lead the execution of double materiality assessments to identify and prioritize the most significant environmental, social, and governance issues for clients and their stakeholders.
- Develop robust impact measurement and management (IMM) frameworks, including logic models and theories of change, to track, analyze, and report on social and environmental performance.
- Advise clients on navigating the complex landscape of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2, and the EU's CSRD.
- Manage end-to-end client engagements, from initial scoping and proposal development to project execution, budget management, and final deliverable presentation.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of environmental and social data to uncover insights, identify risks, and model potential impact scenarios.
- Facilitate high-stakes workshops and meetings with C-suite executives, board members, and cross-functional teams to build consensus and drive strategic decision-making.
- Perform ESG due diligence for private equity firms and corporate M&A teams to assess risks and opportunities in potential investments and acquisitions.
- Develop and manage stakeholder engagement strategies, conducting interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather critical insights and ensure inclusive strategy development.

- Formulate strategies for circular economy adoption, helping clients redesign products, services, and business models to minimize waste and maximize resource utility.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary advisor on all matters related to impact and sustainability.
- Translate complex sustainability topics and data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for non-expert and executive audiences.
