Primary Functions

Maintain clear and detailed alteration tickets and work orders, tracking time, materials used, and status updates to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication with customer service and production scheduling.
Advise customers or internal stakeholders on fabric behavior, seam finishes, reinforcement techniques, and alteration feasibility, providing professional recommendations to preserve garment integrity and design intent.
Collaborate closely with sample makers, pattern cutters, and technical designers during pre-production sampling to refine fit, balance, and construction methods before mass manufacture.
