Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Operate automated vaccination and beak treatment equipment, ensuring all chicks are processed humanely and accurately according to established protocols.
Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all incubator and hatcher activities, including environmental data, egg settings, transfer times, and hatch results.
Systematically perform egg candling to assess fertility and identify and remove non-viable eggs, contributing to accurate hatch-rate forecasting and data collection.
Adhere rigorously to all established biosecurity protocols, including showering in/out of facilities and wearing designated personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
