Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct in-depth research and vetting of potential influencers, content creators, and brand advocates across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs) to ensure alignment with brand values, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of influencer collaborations, from initial outreach and negotiation of deliverables to contract-signing, product seeding, and final payment processing.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and meticulously organized database of influencers and creator relationships, tracking past performance, communication history, and suitability for future campaigns.
- Brief influencers on campaign-specific requirements, key messaging points, brand guidelines, and FTC disclosure policies to ensure all content is compliant, authentic, and on-brand.
- Coordinate the complex logistics of product seeding and gifting programs, managing inventory, custom orders, shipping, and tracking to ensure a timely and positive experience for creators.
- Perform daily monitoring of social media channels and digital communities for brand mentions, user-generated content, and influencer posts, engaging where appropriate to foster a sense of community.
- Meticulously track and collect all live influencer content, including permanent links, screenshots, and video files, for comprehensive reporting, internal showcases, and archival purposes.
- Compile and analyze campaign performance data, tracking key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates (CTR), swipe-ups, and sales conversions.
- Prepare detailed, insightful post-campaign analysis reports, translating raw data into actionable insights and clear recommendations to optimize future influencer marketing strategies.
- Manage the creation and distribution of affiliate marketing links and unique discount codes for influencers, ensuring proper setup and tracking to measure direct sales impact and ROI.
- Review and provide constructive, brand-aligned feedback on influencer-generated content drafts (including videos, images, and captions) to ensure they meet quality standards and campaign goals before publication.
- Stay rigorously up-to-date on the latest social media platform features, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in the creator economy to inform and innovate campaign tactics.
- Execute paid social amplification of top-performing influencer content, working with the media team to extend its reach to a broader, highly targeted audience.
