Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Spearhead the end-to-end identification, vetting, and outreach process for a diverse range of macro, micro, and nano-influencers across key platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, authentic, long-term relationships with content creators, talent managers, and agencies, acting as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for the brand.
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, from initial concept and creative briefing to final reporting, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and compensation packages with influencers and their representation, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and favorable terms for the company.
lac - Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all influencer activities, including engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and overall ROI, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Manage the entire product seeding and gifting pipeline, from curated product selection and personalized packaging to shipment tracking and follow-up, to create memorable unboxing experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure influencer content is cohesive with other marketing initiatives, including product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on all influencer-generated content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and FTC disclosure requirements before publication.
- Develop clear, compelling, and comprehensive campaign briefs that outline objectives, key messages, content requirements, and timelines for our creator partners.

- Build and maintain a robust, organized database of influencer contacts, performance metrics, and relationship history using our influencer relationship management (IRM) platform.

- Assist in the planning and execution of influencer-focused events, whether virtual or in-person, handling logistics, invitations, and on-site coordination.

- Gather qualitative feedback from influencers and their communities about our products and brand perception, sharing these insights with the product development and marketing teams.

- Ensure all influencer partnerships are fully compliant with legal standards, including FTC guidelines, by providing clear instructions and regularly checking content.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
- Deep proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and a native understanding of their unique algorithms, content formats, and user behaviors.
- Hands-on experience using influencer marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., GRIN, AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, Tagger) to discover talent and track campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor, interpret, and report on campaign KPIs, including engagement rates, reach, CPV, click-through rates, and ROI.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to manage multiple campaigns, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
