- Design and administer quantitative surveys and structured instruments; analyze survey data using statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and present statistically valid insights and confidence intervals.
- Perform qualitative analysis on interviews, focus groups and open-text responses leveraging thematic coding, affinity mapping and narrative synthesis to surface customer needs and pain points.
- Maintain and curate research repositories, knowledge bases and taxonomy systems to ensure research outputs are discoverable, reusable and GDPR/privacy compliant.
- Collaborate with product, strategy, legal and compliance teams to translate information needs into research scopes, hypotheses and prioritized analytic plans.
- Validate and triangulate data by cross-referencing multiple sources, identifying contradictions, and escalating ambiguous or high-risk findings for peer review.
