  • Develop and document individualized post-procedure care plans, including cold/heat application guidance, activity restrictions, follow-up schedules, and red-flag symptoms that require urgent attention.
  • Maintain meticulous medical records for every consultation and procedure, including product lot numbers, injection sites, volumes, dilution ratios, photos, and consent, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Perform standardized clinical photography (pre- and post-treatment) with consistent lighting and angles, and manage image storage for medical records and marketing uses according to HIPAA and privacy regulations.
  • Reconcile and manage inventory of injectable products, anesthetics, and emergency medications (e.g., hyaluronidase, epi, antihistamines), ensuring cold chain/storage requirements are met, lot tracking is current, and expired products are quarantined.
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians, nurse practitioners, and the multidisciplinary team to design treatment protocols, escalation pathways, and quality assurance measures that align with medical standards and practice goals.
  • Participate in regular case reviews and morbidity/mortality or complication debriefs to refine technique, update protocols, and contribute to continuous clinical improvement.
  • Educate patients about adjunctive aesthetic services (skincare, lasers, chemical peels) and provide medically appropriate recommendations or referrals to support long-term treatment plans and skin health.
  • Achieve and maintain vendor-specific training and certification for injectable product lines and advanced techniques, and apply that training to expand clinical offerings safely.
  • Deliver scheduled follow-up visits and virtual check-ins within recommended windows to evaluate outcomes, manage delayed effects, and document any need for touch-ups or corrective interventions.
  • Execute clinic safety checks and maintain readiness of emergency equipment and medications, including routine verification of epinephrine, oxygen access, and protocols for anaphylaxis or syncope.
  • Support informed, ethical, and compliant marketing by reviewing before/after content, approving patient testimonials for release, and ensuring advertising claims are medically accurate and within legal limits.
