Primary Functions

- Review customer complaints and non-conforming material reports related to color or performance, perform root cause analysis, and execute corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with regulatory and environmental teams to ensure VOC emissions, waste streams, and chemical reporting (EPA, local regs) remain within compliance limits and documentation is maintained.
- Label, package, and stage finished ink products for shipment, coordinating with shipping and logistics to ensure correct product delivery and accompanying technical documentation.
