Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conduct comprehensive legal analyses and prepare detailed written coverage opinions advising insurers or policyholders on whether specific losses are covered under policy language, applying jurisdictional case law and statutory authority.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
