Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Partner with Learning Operations and IT to deploy content to LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, Docebo, Workday Learning), configure enrollment rules, learning paths, certifications and automated notifications.
  • Facilitate peer reviews, QA testing and cross-device compatibility checks, document defects, and coordinate fixes with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality release-ready learning modules.
  • Localize and adapt learning content for global audiences by working with localization vendors, managing translation assets, and ensuring cultural and linguistic appropriateness across regions.
  • Integrate performance support and job aids into learning ecosystems (knowledge bases, microjob aids, chatbots) and design just-in-time learning experiences that reduce time-to-proficiency.
  • Coach and train SMEs and junior designers on instructional best practices, effective scripting, microlearning techniques and the use of authoring tools to scale design capability across the organization.
