Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead end-to-end diagnostic assessments for complex business issues, synthesizing stakeholder interviews, quantitative performance data, and process mapping into clear problem statements and prioritized opportunity roadmaps.
- Design and implement cross-functional transformation programs that reduce operating costs, shorten cycle times, improve quality, and align operations to strategic objectives, tracking benefits realization and updating business cases.
- Develop detailed business requirements, process flows, RACI matrices and use cases to translate stakeholder needs into clearly scoped projects and technology requirements for IT and external vendors.
- Facilitate executive and working sessions to build alignment, secure sponsorship, and accelerate decision-making on high-impact initiatives, preparing briefing decks, steering materials, and executive summaries.
- Drive ROI-focused project plans including milestones, resource requirements, risk registers and mitigation plans; own delivery through to hand-over and measurement of realized value.
- Conduct deep-dive financial and operational analysis using Excel, SQL, and BI tools to quantify opportunity size, perform sensitivity analysis, and develop robust cost-benefit business cases for investment approvals.
- Identify and prioritize quick wins and longer-term solutions using Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement frameworks to realize incremental gains while enabling transformational change.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, finance, HR, IT, legal, procurement) to ensure timely execution of program tasks and removal of inter-departmental barriers.
- Manage change adoption activities including stakeholder mapping, communication plans, training needs analyses and local change agents to ensure sustainable behavior change and minimize disruption.
- Establish performance metrics and dashboards to monitor program health and business outcomes, recommending and implementing corrective actions when targets are off-track.
- Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation and oversight where external consultants, system integrators or tools are required to deliver technical solutions, ensuring alignment with internal standards and procurement rules.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on process reengineering, governance design, and performance improvement best practices; coach and mentor junior consultants and business partners.
- Translate strategy into operating models and annual planning inputs; contribute to organizational strategy workshops and help translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders, balancing tactical execution with longer-term capability building and ensuring dependencies are identified and managed proactively.
- Conduct risk and compliance assessments of proposed changes, ensuring regulatory, privacy and security implications are addressed and documented.
- Prepare high-quality, persuasive presentations and executive deliverables that succinctly articulate findings, recommendations, and the path to value for senior leadership.
- Use hypothesis-driven problem-solving techniques to rapidly test assumptions, prototype solutions and iterate based on feedback from pilots and stakeholders.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions to capture institutional knowledge, update playbooks and refine methodology for future engagements.
- Champion data governance and data quality improvements required to support analytics-driven decision making and to ensure that metrics used to measure success are reliable and auditable.
- Act as liaison between business units and IT to ensure technical solutions are feasible, scalable and aligned to enterprise architecture standards; validate technical delivery meets business requirements.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives including spend analyses, process consolidation, and organizational design recommendations to improve resource utilization and financial performance.
- Create and maintain standardized templates, toolkits and accelerators (e.g., process maps, benefit tracking templates, implementation checklists) to increase team efficiency and consistency.
- Proactively scan market and industry trends to bring innovative solutions, automation opportunities and benchmark insights that inform organizational strategy and roadmap.
- Lead stakeholder engagement campaigns to build consensus on change priorities, measure stakeholder sentiment, and tailor interventions to critical adopter groups for maximum uptake.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
