Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Manage the corporate website and microsites in the CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager), including page creation, content updates, template maintenance, menu/taxonomy changes, and version control to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.

  • Coordinate domain management, DNS records, SSL certificate renewals, and CDN configurations with hosting providers and IT to ensure site uptime, security, and reliable delivery.
  • Implement and enforce web accessibility (WCAG) best practices: conduct accessibility audits, remediate issues (alt text, ARIA roles, keyboard focus), and collaborate with content authors and developers to maintain compliance.
