  • Manage end-to-end interpreter vendor relationships: recruit, contract, vet credentials (certifications like AIIC/NAATI/CIOL), negotiate rates, coordinate assignments and maintain a performance and feedback database.
  • Configure, test and operate remote simultaneous interpreting (RSI) platforms (e.g., KUDO, Interprefy, Zoom interpreting workflows), ensuring audio/stream quality, channel allocation, latency mitigation and participant onboarding.
  • Provide on-site technical oversight for A/V and interpreting equipment (soundproof booths, consoles, headsets, wireless systems), liaising with AV vendors to ensure redundancy, signal quality and health-and-safety compliance.
  • Produce detailed project plans, resource allocations, and cost estimates; prepare accurate quotes, manage budgets and invoices, and ensure assignments meet profitability and client expectations.

  • Lead RFP responses and proposals for large-scale multilingual programs, drafting technical interpretation plans, resourcing strategies and quality assurances that address client procurement requirements.
  • Track, analyze and report on interpretation service KPIs (client satisfaction, on-time starts, error rates, interpreter utilization) and recommend process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
  • Provide subject-matter mediation and cultural consultancy during negotiations, investor pitches and stakeholder workshops to avoid miscommunication and improve cross-cultural effectiveness.
  • Oversee post-event deliverables including annotated recordings, bilingual minutes, glossaries and quality reports; ensure timely delivery and archival for future reuse.
