Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions

- Build and diligently maintain a personal client book, fostering long-term relationships through personalized follow-up and notifications about new arrivals and events.
- Execute daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all security protocols for high-value merchandise are strictly followed.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation by cleaning display cases, arranging jewelry attractively, and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in the management of store inventory, including receiving new stock, verifying shipments, and accurately entering data into the inventory system.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies for management.
