Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess clients’ skills, qualifications, and career goals.
  • Guide clients in creating resumes, cover letters, and professional profiles tailored to target roles.

  • Assist clients in exploring career paths, vocational training, and educational opportunities.

  • Conduct workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and professional skills development.
  • Coordinate with educational institutions, training providers, and community organizations to support clients’ career growth.

  • Document client interactions, progress, and outcomes using case management or CRM systems.
