Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual strategy for all recruiting events, including in-person career fairs, virtual hiring events, university information sessions, and diversity-focused conferences.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and select high-impact career fairs and networking events that align with the company's strategic hiring goals and target talent profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics for all events, including booth registration, payment processing, contract negotiation, and coordination of marketing collateral and equipment shipments.
- Plan and oversee all travel and accommodation arrangements for attending staff, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective process.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each event, meticulously tracking expenses and demonstrating a strong return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition partners and Hiring Managers to understand specific role requirements and develop targeted event strategies to build qualified candidate pipelines.
- Act as the primary brand ambassador at events, passionately articulating the company's culture, values, and employee value proposition to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Design and deliver engaging booth experiences, ensuring the physical or virtual space is professional, inviting, and representative of the company's brand identity.
- Proactively network and interact with a high volume of candidates, pre-screening for qualifications and building rapport to foster a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all recruitment marketing materials, promotional items (swag), and event assets, ensuring they are current and well-stocked.
- Train and prepare internal event staff, including recruiters and business representatives, on event-day roles, responsibilities, and key talking points.
