Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conduct detailed market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to produce actionable insights and summaries for product, marketing, or strategy teams.

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative user research activities, including survey administration, user interviews, and synthesis of feedback into user personas and journey maps.
  • Execute administrative tasks including calendar management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and follow-up tracking to keep projects on schedule.
  • Assist product teams with user acceptance testing (UAT), bug reproduction, and documentation of issues in tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Draft blog posts, social copy, email templates, and other content pieces, adapting tone and messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports—aggregating metrics, creating visualizations, and highlighting trends and anomalies for managers.
  • Support customer support and success teams by triaging inbound tickets, preparing knowledge base updates, and escalating recurring product issues.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies as a contributing team member, documenting action items and supporting backlog grooming where needed.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research and on-page SEO tasks including meta descriptions, title tags, and basic HTML adjustments to improve organic visibility.
  • Assist sales teams with lead sourcing, CRM updates, outreach drafting, and performance tracking to improve pipeline conversion rates.
  • Help coordinate events, webinars, and workshops—managing registrations, communications, speaker logistics, and post-event follow-up analytics.
  • Contribute to prototype creation and basic wireframing in tools like Figma or Sketch to support UX/UI discussions and early product decisions.
  • Run basic A/B tests and conversion experiments, document hypotheses and results, and recommend next steps based on statistical trends.
  • Execute routine quality assurance checks on datasets, product builds, and published content to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and accessibility standards.
  • Support finance or operations tasks such as invoice tracking, budget reconciliation, and procurement documentation to maintain fiscal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service—to collect requirements and track implementation of small projects.
  • Monitor industry news, regulatory updates, and competitor product launches to inform strategy discussions and risk assessments.
